Within the framework of its uncompromising commitment, the company places a broad logistical system, comprising senior, experienced professionals, at its clients' disposal. During the running in stage of the project, Aran GreenTech cleans the solar panels, adjusts the angles (where applicable) and provides each client with reports concerning the system's output.

After the running in period, the customer may choose to sign a maintenance contract with Aran GreenTech. The services included within the framework of this contract include periodic cleaning the solar panels and adjustment of the panels' angles (where applicable), as well as routine inspections and monitoring of the system's level of performance, to optimize electricity production.

The company's guarantee package covers:

• Warranty of the panels' proper working order for 5 years from the date of installation.
• Warranty of the converters' proper working order for 5 years from the date of installation for a SMA converter, and 12 years for a Solaredge converter.
• Guarantee of the panels' efficiency: production at a minimal rate of 90% for 10 years, and of a minimum of 80% for 15 years.
